Curriculum - Intent, Implentation & Impact
Intent refers to what we teach and why we teach it – our curriculum is a framework for setting out the aims of a programme of education, including the knowledge and skills to be gained at each stage
Implementation is what it looks like in practice in the classroom.
Impact is the detailed knowledge and skills that the children acquire across the whole curriculum.
