Admission Arrangements for EMAT Learning Partnership Academies

Our admissons have been delegated to the Local Authority  -  City of Doncaster Council - and is responsible for the admission arrangements of all EMAT schools. 

General Statement
In Doncaster, each academy or school serves a local community, usually referred to as the ‘catchment area’. These arrangements reflect the philosophy that ‘efficient education’ is particularly fostered by closely associating a secondary academy and a group of linked primary academies & schools, in a pyramid. In this way, each academy & school becomes part of the provision for a community and the education of the community’s children benefits greatly from the association of its academies & schools.

Closing Dates for Admissions for September 2024

Reception Class

• Closing date for applications was 15th January 2024
• Late applications can still be made and will be considered after the announcement date 
• National offer date is 16th April 2024 - Parents will be emailed their decision, using the email account used to apply.

Nursery Places 

• Apply now 

Secondary School Places (for our Year 6 Pupils)

• National closing date for applications was 31 October 2023
• However, you may still apply and this will be considered after the national offer date
• National Offer Date is 1 March 2024 - Parents will be emailed their decision, using the email account used to apply.
